History Channel - Lost Treasure of the Founding Fathers

We are hardcore history nerds.

Ponderosa Productions co-founder, Alfredo Alcántara, collaborated with our friends and partners at Bows and Arrows to shoot a short segment for the History Channel on the unveiling of a time capsule buried by Paul Revere and Samuel Adams in 1795. And he hasn't been the same since.

Alfredo joined the Bows and Arrows production team on a trip to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts where the time capsule and its contents were safely stored. They interviewed the Head of Objects Conservation at the Museum, Pam Hatchfield, and had an opportunity to view the objects Paul Revere and Samuel Adams had stored in the tiny metal box. Some of its contents included coins dating back to the seventeenth century as well as a metal plaque engraved by Paul Revere.

The segment aired before the premiere of "Sons of Liberty", the new History Channel scripted series.
