The latest Ponderosa Productions documentary "24 Hours at the Waffle House" has just been released on Bon Appétit Magazine.

Restaurant and drinks editor, Andrew Knowlton, is on a bold mission to find out what working 24 hours straight at the Waffle House will do to his heart and soul. This investigative, and at times gritty journey takes us deep into the world of scattered, smothered, covered and chunked.
